• Tried the walk about class for first time. The instructor took extra time to explain class to me before it started and introduced me to several other attendees, both of which was awesome!!

• I have developed a love for Yoga and the confidence to practice because of the great Body Language staff and community! I'm a 62 year old male and everyone makes me feel welcome. You are never told that you need to be better or do a move in a way that I can't physically. My physical and mental well being is improved every day, I love how my classes make me feel!
