• My last class was fit all and weights. I LOVE this class. I enjoy working with weights while having the support of the ball. The coach (Andrea) has a way of talking while she counts out reps that really works for me. Whether I am listening to the stories she is telling or her instruction to get the most out of the movement - I find it makes the time move fast and the workout encouraging.
