This was the inspiration of The MAKE A MEMORY half day retreat . Thegroup will meet at Unique Physique For Life 1000 Grosser Road. Jessica Rapp will Challenge the group while leading them thru a TRXSuspension training programfor an entire half hour focusing on the corefollowed by a half hour ofmeditation and yoga.The yoga portion is also brief introduction to Body Kneads Healing WatersStand Up Paddle Board yoga flow.Afterwardsyou will be rewarded withasampling of wines and cheese at Body Kneads Day Spa. The 2 facilities are located within a half mile of each other so be prepared to walk back to the spa weather permitting.The day concludes with Sea Marine full body scrubsand massage.
