• I have had my eyelashes tinted for years & went to Indian women in California to just small one woman shops in NYC. Natalie has by far been the most gentle & thorough. She kept the tint on long enough to create a flattering contrast & my eyes did not burn at all from the treatment. This is a rarity folks!
