• Having Krystal message my upper body was a most satisfying and excellent 1 hour with her knowledge of bone and joint limitations. I’ve been through several surgeries in the past 7 years and having this message put my bodybuilding program further than it has been for a very long time. Range of motion and power into my muscles was off the chart !!! I’ll be sure to book another message in a few months. Thank You so much Krystal for your time and knowledge!
