Competent, Consistent, well trained therapists w specific expertise; excellent listeners to help craft an individual approach for you; 2. really great staff attention to customers --very helpful ( appointment scheduling, they keep rooms super clean and pleasant); 3. Facility space is ingenious , forward thinking, gorgeous, very comfortable--super clean , rooms are well laid out and thoughtful; 4. Easy to navigate-- roll out of the car and staff cks you in! No stairs, long waits, massive or tiny spaces, parking calamities. Just easy. 5. Spa feeling-luxurious, peaceful, lovely music, aromatic 6.
