• Ambiance and facilities were great, also extremely clean. Massage with Kim was wonderful. Although not needed, the front staff weren't terribly friendly/welcoming (it was also late in the day and I was probably the last client of the day). That's the ONLY reason for the 9 instead of a 10, and certainly nothing that would ever interfere with my continual patronage.

• Rachel actually listened to me and focused on relieving my pain. Not only did she give the best and deepest massage I've ever gotten, she also recommended Dave (?) to get the last bit of knots out (special education teacher here + bad accident a few years ago). My cupping session - my first - was also awesome! I felt really well pampered and taken care of, which is a rarity for me!
