• I enjoyed my first visit to body fountain. With all due respect, I have a few recommendations. I began my visit with a 90 minute massage. Natalie was pleasant and accommodating but failed to ask or provide me with a glass of water after the massage. While it's not the end of the world, it is a small act that can make a big difference. After the massage, I had a 60 minute facial with Grace. I was escorted from my massage room to the facial room via the lobby, in a robe and slippers. I found this a bit odd and unfortunately my state of relaxation was squashed with the cold air and bright lights of the lobby and facial hallway. The facial was enjoyable but the bright lights in the hallway and within the facial room didn't lend to a very relaxing experience. As a business owner, you don't know what you don't know and so my hope is that you take this message as suggestions and not criticisms. I will absolutely be back, thank you for offering such a nice oasis! Mary Lynch
