• The studio is gorgeous, calming and very spacious. Sophie was fabulous, a very caring and encouraging teacher who took the time to help individual people (i.e. me) with corrections and explanations on how to achieve the movements. That's often hard to do in a class environment. I walked put feeling taller and very energised.
