Body Ethics Spa Booking Policies: Please Read Carefully Prior to Completing Payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Body Ethics Spa LLC operates on a scheduled appointment only basis. In the event you have to reschedule or make any time adjustment to your appointment, we require that you do so at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at 954-226-0009, or via our online booking link. If you use the online booking link you must be sure to receive a confirmation text/email of the change you requested in order to be sure it was completed correctly. Cancellations received within the 24 hour courtesy time frame allow the client to reschedule the appointment at no cost. Any session cancelled by the client for non medical emergency purposes within less than 24 hour notice will be billed a $25 cancellation fee and/or will be deducted from the client?s prepaid deposit amount. Traffic congestion, inclement weather and incorrect location arrivals are all considered non emergency purposes. All deposits, product and service purchases are non refundable and non transferable.

Late Policy:
Please be punctual by arriving 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals exceeding the 15 minute grace period will still be deemed as a full session and cannot be rescheduled. We honor all appointment times on our calendar, so clients arriving late should expect their appointment to end at the scheduled time without discounts. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no show and the $50 no show fee will be deducted from any deposits or will have to be rendered prior to rescheduling appointment.

No Call, No Show Policy:
If a client schedules an appointment and neglects to cancel and does not attend, the appointment time will be deemed as a No Call, No Show. No call, no show occurrences will result in a $50 charge.
We reserve the right to charge a $50 no show fee that would have to be rendered prior to rescheduling or deduct a $50 monetary amount from prepaid packages for appointments missed without notice.
