• I have been going to Body Conscious Massage Therapy for over 5 years and can't imagine my life without them! My first visit was when I was recovering from a separated shoulder, and the work I received on a weekly basis for several months is what allowed me to regain full range of movement. Since then, I have had other various issues (fractured L5, herniated/bulging discs at C5 - C7, tight muscles) and the team at Body Conscious has always helped me to recover and keep doing all the things I love. I am active and also travel a lot so I try to get in every other week to help relieve all of my sore spots and prevent things from getting worse. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and I have always been very happy with the work I have received. They are the glue that holds me together -- I highly recommend them!!
