Therapist was excellent, would happily go to her again. Only reason for docking a point was I was give the intake form the day before (which should really only be given via email - it is not formatted for mobile) and filled it out before coming, but apparently it was too late and wasn't reviewed, so we spent time going over it again. However, not a major issue at all, and it certainly wouldn't stop me from coming back. Quite happy overall with the experience overall.
