• Everything was excellent. The massages were amazing. The facility is beautiful and clean and not too crowded. Also, the VIP treatment was perfect and the food was yummy too. Overall we had a really great and relaxing experience.

• The service (bamboo massage) that was provided was amazing. Julia Rosado did a great job and made me feel comfortable. The ambiance was relaxing. One area of improvement would be to have an area that one could exchange their towel for another as it is utilized

• Always room for improvement. Here are a few suggestions: As I sure all areas are always cleaned and wide down I did encountered a few other areas that need attention: Light switches and outlets need to wipe daily as well as- I saw dust/dirty on the top of the light switch in the bathroom in the ladies locker room/the discolor counter top in the ladies room should be painted it has been this way for a long time now; level/knots in the ladies locker room are shower is missing; paint needed to the back door(inside) of the ladies bathroom in the locker room; lockers could use a coat of fresh paint. All corners everywhere should be cleaned and dust free; the tile in the ladies shower looks like it needs to be Scrubbed and or re-grouted these are a few of the minor things I notice; since I have been patronizing this establishment since the former owners I know what it was like compare to what it is now. I understand price increases but we should not have or except less of minor amenities that matter and that are not that expense to be address and or updated. Attention to detail of minor adjustments go a long way when pleasing your patron who are paying a fair price for services especially when you are utilizing a space for a lengthy time period given in a day. Also the massage rooms should be hvac comfortable for both the client and the masseuse/employee. Now with all that said I must given my positive experience on the excellent day I had yesterday from my arrival from your staff from the front desk to the end of my day from your staff at the bar........... I
