• Shawn has been very helpful in coordinating with me on my Day Spa party reservation. And Gio has been absolutely accommodating and friendly from the very start, and he always made sure everyone in my party had a great time. 3 people in my reservation had scheduled treatments so he always escorted us and personally introduced each of us to our respective masseuses. And he even personally prepared the reserved space and take-home gifts, which everyone loved! 10/10 would come back and I would 1000% love to have Gio coordinate my next reservation
