• I absolutely love to visit your spa, I’m always super comfortable and relaxed. I’ve brought a few friends over the years as well. One thing that stands out, though it may not bother me too much right now, is the maintenance. When at the Spa, people desire extreme cleanliness and a well maintained establishment. There’s some paint chipping around the fire place, wall paper peeling in the eating area, and also an issue with clogged drains in the locker room showers. These are all easy quick fixes that will improve the look and feel of the establishment and boost ratings to the max. I intend to keep coming back, but I worry that these maintenance issues will increase. Staff often seems a little short, which might contribute to these matters, and can also cause low morale. I truly hope your business continues to thrive, and elevates back to the perfection I first experienced. I want to keep raving about Body, but these types of issues can easily progress, and then I won’t be able to brag.
