I highly recommend it to all my friends, family, colleagues & athletic teams I am involved with as well. I run 4 Marathon's a year so the recovery after every race is absolutely amazing! Preparing prior to races is so important also so with that I have always been able to see the impact in my daily life on how important it has been to detox on all levels.
