• We went into Brooklyn Spa and Lounge to use the amenities. The staff was so friendly and very helpful . The spa is kept clean and staff is always walking in to see if anything else is needed.

• I have been coming here for 9 or 10 years. Ron is the greatest massage therapist in the world. The only thing that I don't like is that the large groups or parties are in the same area as the individuals. The parties tend to get quite loud which totally ruin the spa experience. My advice is to call ahead to ensure there are no parties when you make your appointment.
