• Your facility was going downwards, unclean, steam room not working properly, not enough towels. So yes me giving you a 9 is more than you're deserving. Maybe on my next visit the improvements will continue.

• The customer service was excellent from the beginnings to the end. The environment was warm and relaxing. The massage was so relaxing it set the time for the rest of my day. Can't want to return.
