• My massage and scrub by Latavia was a heavenly experience! She's definitely gifted with her hands. She was very pleasant, engaged and accommodating. Her customer service skills were on point as she connects with her clients. On the other hand , my facial and foot massage were not good experiences, and not in line with my previous experiences at BBB. The tech was handling my face, head, and feet unnecessarily rough. Its like she forgot I was a living body. Her tone with me was blah and her customer service was severely lacking.
