• Latavia was one of the best, most sympathetic technicians I have ever had. And that is saying a lot. Massage is part of my wellness. She treated a specific injury by locating the pull and applying just the right time and pressure. I feel better today! Also, you have a good website and the description of her service exactly matched the experience, so I was able to find the help I needed. Asher, at reception was kind and patient. Friendly personality. He provided linens, flip flops and a combination locker. Somebody else wrote a good review of Latavia Online and so I asked for her. She was available two days later, which was perfect. I booked my appointment online. I've never been to your establishment before. I really like the set up in the locker room with the sinks and benches across from combination lockers. The space is generous. I will ask for Latavia again. I took one point away because your decor could use some freshening and updating. I suggest you scrub the showers and use atomizers with a fresh spring scent. Good work!
