• I have been going to BBB since 2014 and periodically attended with social engagement under different friends. I move out of New York but visit occasionally and after returning the atmosphere was so inviting and therapeutic. The staff were pleasant before as well as now and always very accommodating.

• The customer service is top tier, the treatments are rejuvenating and the facility has a beautiful ambiance. The food is also delicious.

• The incessant emails (multiple per day) is overwhelming and poor marketing practice. I'm curious about your unsubscribe rates given the bombardment of messaging. The prices are pretty high and the discounts available are generally nominal.
