• Customer Service was above and beyond expectations, just wonderful and completed the great experience. The facilities were great, heat/cold temps in the pools were on point, and the steam/sauna maintained temps were excellent. I would have selected 10, however the women's locker room had minor issues that should be addressed. The lockers should be cleaner inside and out. Some lockers had issues closing all of the way. Also, not all of the showers had body wash, shampoo or conditioners fully restocked in the dispensers. One of the three dispensers in my shower was fully broken and the lid was found in the soap rack. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and a great offering for this neighborhood. Would recommend to all friends and looking forward to returning again.

• I have a very likely high score to this place because everything was in sync from the moment I called for availability of the day till I was taken care of and left this place. The therapist don’t know the details of any trauma my body has been through but yet she was able to really do a great job and effort on the parts of my body that needed the most attention.. she felt it. Also my experience at the bar was beautiful too I had a great convo with the bartender and another customer while sipping on a surprise drink( yes my surprise drink was amazing). Also the lady that was able to help book my appointment also came by me and nicely took some photos for me as I was enjoying my experience. I then took some more photos before heading in the shower then the hot tub for a little bit to close my visit. I tip everyone involved in my experience and I just loved the services and time to myself well spent. Thank you body by Brooklyn.

• I chose 9 because it was amazing. It would be 10. However, the people I'd recommend it to aren't able to really afford a massage anytime soon
