• Amazing and attentive service from beginning to end

• 1) Apparently we were supposed to receive a courtesy call prior to our visit. Neither my friend or I received one, when we first entered the spa area we didn't have flip flops on and at that time a worker saw us and asked if anyone called us. We told her no, she said you should've and at that time they would've went over everything to bring including flip flops. I later looked on the site and saw this, however if a courtesy call is the norm for guest this was a fail. We were given flip flops and charged for them and we left them at the facility. 2) It doesn't appear that guest are advised to keep their voice volume down. While relaxing in the wet area there was a group that was loud.

• This place is worth the visit. Friendly staff with experienced massage therapists. Cleanliness is top tier. Went on a Saturday, and the time of the day was perfect. They schedule each client carefully to avoid overcrowding. You’ll love the lounge. Comfortable chairs with dim lighting and a quiet atmosphere. Perfect place to bring a partner for a date night or even an anniversary. Definitely a 10.
