The studio is very intimate and I really love the instructors, especially Danielle. Wonderful, supportive place!

The owner and staff are so welcoming to all levels and meet people where they are. They are authentic and uplifting and their knowledge and ability to teach inspires me to go deeper in my practice and I enjoy how much fun they make it!
