friendly, clean, nice environment to take the class in. For a beginning class I would've liked more suggestions on alignment.

Incredible, authentic studio, in a terrific community!
Every visit has fulfilled an emotional, mental or physical need. I have always left the studio feeling stronger and accompliced. The instructors are caringqualified and invested in what they do.
