I love Mari's restorative yoga!! So relaxing and resetting.
Sundays Yin Yoga is way too crowded and while it's my favorite style and I need it, I don't go anymore because if I can't even spread my arms out, I'm not getting the most from my practice 🙁
Such a relaxing class. The instructor was great- very soothing and made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time.
