Very knowledgable team, both on workouts and nutrition information. Also working out in a group is actually so much fun, have made so many great friends. A workout with B&B is never boring!
Trainers are friendly, easy to talk to. Always there to give advise about nutrition and training. Lots of banter, so never a dull moment while training. Always there to push you, to try a little harder. Great team to train with, everyone is always encouraging.
