• Consultation and treatment by Erica was wonderful, and she discussed pricing. When I went to check out, the girl at front desk told me should couldn't discount as Erica explained/agreed upon and charged me almost $200 more than I thought I would be paying. Even after I explained what I had explained to Erica about cheaper options elsewhere, she said that 'my boss doesn't let us discount this way', so I had to pay more after I already had the treatment. After the good experience, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Lesson learned, if I recommend to others bc Erica was great, but wearybif front desk and cost at checkout.
