• I really enjoyed the style of instruction. I really enjoyed that she wasn’t too talkative or wordy. I hadn’t done a yoga flow class in a few years and she gave alternate poses. I did not feel left behind. Only criticism was room was a little warm and the yoga mat I used was smelly
