Great class and great instructor!
I actually brought a friend to my last class. He recently had surgery, and I managed to convince him that hot yoga would be great for him. I brought him to my favorite teacher's class, Kathryn Leary. He immediately fell in love with her and with the practice. I can't wait to go back with him and see the great impact hot yoga has on his body and his life. Thank you, bode!
