My first time doing hot yoga, I was late and the staff was very helpful on getting me set up with the towels and mat I loved the feeling of the eat while We stretch it reassures a warm muscle at all times and the classmates were very welcoming as well so yes it was a great experience and the instructor was very attentive of newcomers like me that was very helpful as well
It's a great experience going to class there I wish I was there now but I'm working. Lol
Was more fun than I thought--liked the instructor a lot
