From the teachers to the front desk staff , you feel welcome the moment you walk in 🙏🏾 the studios and locker room are clean . overall amazing classes 🧘🏾♀️
Kathryn is by far the best teacher I've ever had. She seamlessly transitions between instructing about the postures and inspiring with quotes that can change the day. I primarily still come to class because of her and would love for her style to be more present at bodē. But I do tell everyone I know to try her class first!
