Staff is always super friendly and locker room is always impeccable. During the past weeks I complained about the cleanliness level of studio ( smell and lots of water left in floor) and it has been dealt with. To make a 10 it would be nice if they used some natural deodorizer where mats hang ( the body odor upstairs can't be quite strong between classes)
