Great studio. Great teacher. Flatiron is my main one. I love Regina , Keyla. Leslie. I like we try to keep the classic 90 min still there. The heat stays challenging . Even if the teacher opens windows it's not too much. I Am an advanced hard core yogi and I just like the class to stay as it is! If they were more 90-75 in the mornings either 9.30, 10.30 or 8 I would probably come more often.

This practice makes me whole. I'm a classically trained ballet dancer who took yoga for 20 years, but I fell in love with Bikram yoga from my first class. I took Christine's class at Flatiron last night and she never fails to inspire and make you feel like you can - fly!
