  • I really love Bode and have enjoyed every class that I have taken but I am concerned about the wear and tear of the studios. Upon recent visits the water fountains at the UES location didn't work which forced me to purchase water and no overture was made by management to make up for this unexpected expenditure. There was no email sent out or offer to credit the purchase. Last night at Flatiron one of the showers wasn't working. This is not the first time. I know things happen but considering the popularity of the studio and the wear and tear, I hope that management is taking active measures to make sure these things are taken care of promptly and that clients are notified. Thanks.
