Enjoyed the class, something different to what I normally do.
This was my first ever experience with yoga and I jumped in head first with hot yoga. Your instructor was knowledgeable, firm but also encouraging. She made me feel very welcome and eased a lot of the anxiety I had about the whole experience. She was great! I’m already thinking about taking my second class
I love the instructors and the studio! Very pleased and will be coming back for more!
