I learned a lot and I learned things that were different than the last time I had classes with Joseph. So I learned more, the class had a unique feeling so that makes me interested in coming back soon
Georgia is a great teacher—as many of us know. Also the room temperature has a big impact on me. I know it’s hot yoga, but I don’t like to be baked so intensely that I lose my strength and feel weak afterwards. It was a perfect combination of a great teacher, a room full of dedicated and inspiring yogis, and a hot and comfortable room.
Great class, easy to access, mostly clean changing rooms, towels included. The only thing I wish is that people were better about leaving their shoes outside of the changing rooms and that the staff were able to better enforce that.
