Quality of instruction and difficulty
it is a great place, MY ONE COMPLAINT ..... I do think they over crowd the classes... I could not do some poses due to the fact there was no room... or if i did do them they were not as they should be very cramped... I had another yogis feet hitting my mat.
Love the class, especially Kiara's, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 is that I know there are people who just can't take the heat, & should stay outta the kitchen.

I love Bode NYC. Great facilities and vibe. Was a customer years ago and have just come back.
