The instructor today was very clear and the vibe in her class was comforting and challenging simultaneously. I only give a 9 because I know that bikram just is t for everyone.
Because the facility is clean, the staff is nice, the teachers are great and the practice is superb
Good instructor, attentive to her classes and how her students are doing. she keeps the lessons hard, but not so hard that will scare people away. Perfect.
