I've been going to bode for a few years now. Started on ues & now go to the flatiron location. The teachers are always the best & make each class challenging with also being welcoming for newbies. Started hot yoga at your studio & now I do it all the time. I just wish your studio was closer to my home. I'd def recommend it to anyone wanting to get into Bikram.
I love Georgia! I live near UWS so it's easier to go there after work/midtown, but I try to get to her class when not working late.
It was my very first hot yoga class. I left completely exhausted and elated. I was so impressed by the intensity of the group. It was a complete total body work out.

I was visiting from Tampa FL, where I have practiced Bikram-style yoga for over ten years. Whenever I travel, I seek a studio where I can practice the original 26-posture sequence. Absolutely LOVED the studio, instructor, heat, and energy of the fellow yogis. A highlight of my NYC trip!
