It was a great 90min class. There was proper attention provided by the instructor to everyone in the class. It made me realize of small mistakes i was making and correcting them gave me a whole lot better experience at yoga! Keep up the good work! 👍
The workout is awesome every time and super unique. And the instructors are all really helpful and welcoming
I have taken her class before as well. She has always been amazing. Her presence,her instruction and her humor is absolutely great combo in a heated room. It’s nice to get back to the class :).
