Loved the class and instructor, like having 60 and 90 minute options, and that I don’t have to bring my own towels. Wish the locker rooms were a little roomier - not much of an issue for me on the weekends but if I come after work with extra bags it would be a bigger issue (and especially in the winter with more bulky clothes).
The instructor, I believe his name is Paul, was knowledgeable, clear, welcoming and helpful. I have been out of the room for 6 years, I have had injuries and surgeries and he was so helpful. I would come back to his class and I would recommend it as well.
