• Excellent attention to detail re PPE which made me feel safe - only comment on that point is that I think all staff should wear a mask under their face shield when working with a client as the face shield would not stop droplets from the staff member possibly infecting client when they are standing close to client or leaning over to wash hair if the staff member was infectious. I enjoyed my visit and it was good to see the team again - great haircut - THANK YOU!

• As it was my first visit back to the salon since covid 19 I was very impressed with the system that the Bobbio had put in place. As a client I felt completely safe & comfortable & of course it was lovely to see the cherry friendly team.
