Joanna was amazing. She gave me the best hair I have ever had. My 18 year old daughter commented on it as soon as I returned home. The other Benchmark services were outstanding. Joanna didn't sell the membership too hard and let her talent and care sell for her. The only reason I did not buy a membership while there is that no one asked me to. I tried to buy one on line last night and am waiting to hear from the Sugar Land location as to next steps. I am a fan!
