They had day-of availability, which made it convenient because our schedule is so unpredictable. Staff was friendly upon check-in. My son's stylist was on-time, personable and fast. She got my son in and out and looking great. Hair cut was exactly what we wanted. She made him feel like a "big guy."The salon was clean and smelled good. Some salons can have a weird odor. Hope this was helpful.
