I experienced an excellent welcome upon arrival and enjoyed the complimentary beverage. The stylist took her time to discuss what I wanted and make sure we were on the same page; she was friendly and courteous. The shampoo was great and she styled my hair exactly like I wanted afterwards. I really enjoyed that there was no hard push to purchase hair product as is usually with discount salons. Overall it was a great experience. I would say that for the price there was not much difference in quality as it compares to a normal salon, though I did enjoy the quiet atmosphere and not being pushed to purchase products.
