• Patrice was so accommodating- she took me as a walk in without issue, and cleaned up my hair a bit, while understanding my goal is growth. She’s really funny too, which was an added bonus. The front end staff was so helpful too, and treated me to a water while I waited. Really overall a great experience. I’ve been to a couple of Boardroom salons in the Fort Worth area and quality customer service is so consistent at every location- so well done to everyone involved with creating the experience
