• It was my first time at the nail salon and I wasn't treated very nice. I don't know what her name was but she had short brown hair that was a little curly and freckles. I made a mistake booking and I said I was so sorry that I can just get the gel instead of the luminary gel. She acted so pissy and was telling another girl what I did. I felt really bad that I had made the mistake but Tracy said don't worry about it I will take care of you. She finished up her client which happened to be my niece and she started on me and she did exactly what I wanted. She was so nice about everything and so she saved me from walking out the door. If Tracy had not have been so nice & kind you would have lost 4 clients that day, because I was with my sister's & my niece. We will all be back in 3-4 weeks for Tracy! Thank You Tracy!!!
