• LOVED Niana , really happy with my hair and her professionalism. There was a LOT of hassle trying to use my gift certificate which put a downer on the experience. Confusion over admin systems from the desk staff. Plus I never got offered a coffee/drink and I was there for 3 hours. If I'd have known I would have grabbed a coffee on my way. I asked Niana for water which she very kindly obliged.
