• I gave a 10 mainly because of how he handled the issue. The dye did not take properly, but he was professional, had a great attitude, and worked to fix it. I would definitely recommend him. The only thing I would suggest is being a little more careful with the chemistry of the hair and products to help prevent issues like this in the future.
