Maintaining a healthy lifestyle change is not always easy. As I set out to the BlueSky gym I have a sense of accomplishment and an eagerness to workout that I never thought possible. I sweat like mad but I have a great time. I also appreciate my fellow workout pals. We support and encourage each other. Kathryn, Deb, Lisa, Rachel and Shell, you are all exceptional coaches. Thank you for helping me achieve my goals. BlueSky has changed my life for the better.
