I absolutely loved the teaching style: it was low pressure and was the first class in the DMV where I felt free to move and flow with the breath in a truevinyasa flow with lots of dance-y qualities. The community is welcoming and warm, organic in its approach, and thoughtful. This was also the first studio inthe area with GREAT music taste. Five stars for the teacher and teaching material, music, atmosphere, and community.
