The instructor, Claire, is absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, very pleasant, yet providing a challenging class. One of my favorite instructors there. i hope you can retain her talent.

I liked the environment of the studio. I also liked how it was very relaxing. It wasn't something too intense, and I really liked the lavender cooled towels.
